Testing... one, two, three...

Well, I have not been a feeling creative in the past couple days, hence no blog post for mo. Feeling a tad guilt ridden; mostly because my wife is being prolific and I’m not. So I thought I would do a quick blog about a new toy I have. I purchased Dragon NaturallySpeaking and headset. My trimmer was so bad I was unable to type on my phone send texts or emails, so I started speaking to text on my phone. It works swimmingly. I thought why not on my computer as well, specifically write blog. Typing is not my skill set nor will it ever be. But talking, that I can do. At this very moment I’m using Dragon speak my new headset out of the box. Hence the typos I’m sure you’ve noticed. You wanted to give you an idea what you can expect on day one with your new toy. It’s easy to make corrections while speaking but for the sake of example going to leave this post raw, spoken word straight to text. I can only imagine how this could free you up if you’re tremors were like mine pre-carbidopa levodopa. (I might add it nailed carbidopa levodopa on its first try, it being Dragon speak). You can buy Dragon speak on the nuance site for $99 or if that seems outrageous to you as it did to me you can buy for $36 on Amazon and downloaded in a matter of minutes to your computer. The headset I bought was midrange at $23  , but I believe you could use your iPhone headset where headset from any phone that has a microphone. I’m including a link to both NaturallySpeaking home version which is what I have in a midrange headset on Amazon. Next post, punctuation will matter as with spelling and grammar. Happy chatting
